Reading sql server error log location from SQL Query

Identifying SQL Server Error Log File used by SQL Server Database Engine can be done by reading SQL Server Error Logs. DBA can execute the XP_READERRORLOG extended stored procedure to read the SQL Server Error Log and search for its location used by the instance of SQL Server.

Solution for Resolving the Error

Stop utilising the service below if you are not using the feature and wish to avoid these alerts.
DCOM was Unable to Communicate with the Computer dcom SQL SERVER – Event ID: 10028 – SQL Server Distributed Replay Client
  1. SQL Server Distributed Replay Client.
  2. SQL Server Distributed Replay Controller.
You might also wish to set the service startup to manual to avoid the problem reappearing after the next reboot.
The messages in the event log ceased appearing as soon as I halted the service.
