Reading sql server error log location from SQL Query
Identifying SQL Server Error Log File used by SQL Server Database Engine can be done by reading SQL Server Error Logs. DBA can execute the XP_READERRORLOG extended stored procedure to read the SQL Server Error Log and search for its location used by the instance of SQL Server.

Solution for Resolving the Error
Make sure right driver is being used.
The driver do you need to select in TIBCO Designer for your JDBC connection is The class “tibcosoftwareinc.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver” comes from the drivers provided by TIBCO.
Sometimes, you will be missing the installation of “TIB_dbdrivers_2.0.4_win_x86_64(DB Drivers Supplement)” driver.
install it now and “tibcosoftwareinc.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver” it will be s working like a charm !!!
